Real is dedicated to supporting your financial future, both during your career and in retirement. Our REAL Retirement program allows agents with a minimum of three years of service to continue earning monthly revenue share payments after retirement, as long as they maintain an active real estate license. Additionally, with our Willable Revenue Share program, agents can designate a beneficiary (subject to program requirements) to receive up to 100% of their revenue share after five years with REAL, ensuring their legacy is secure.

Supporting Our Agent Community

One REAL Impact is REALs agent assistance fund designed to provide financial support during challenging times. Any REAL agent can apply for a grant funded by both REAL and fellow agents. Grants from One REAL Impact are never loans, meaning agents are not required to repay the funds received, and all grants are tax-exempt. Agents can apply for assistance during natural disasters, personal hardships, or other significant challenges.
